About the event

You are invited to come for a journey into your heart through shamanic practices, starting with the medicine of cacao. Through different explorations for body and soul, we will journey into our hearts and find the wisdom within, immersed in the valley’s transformative nature.

Practicals:

This will be a full day event and will start in the morning of the 22nd with an opening and welcome circle at 9am and will transition into a Cacao ceremony. For this reason it is important that you do not have breakfast and come on a fasting stomach, so that the medicine can have effect on your journey.

From the cacao ceremony we will transition into a sound journey, followed by shamanic dreaming before we slowly transition into a dance ritual through the four elements, starting off with the flow of water and landing in the ground of earth.

We will then have a lunchbreak together where you will also have the possibility to enjoy the nature of the valley followed by an afternoon dedicated to understand and transform the messages of your heart through sacred writing, a fire ceremony and ending with a closing circle around the fire, ending around 4pm.

• Warm clothes for the morning.
• Notebook if you have one, and pen.

Yoni & Voice Activation: Womens Circle

In this guided Yoni and Voice activation we will explore the connection between our yonis and our voices. Through pelvic exercises, movement and breathing we explore how our voices reflect the state of our yonis and the other way around. Through playful exercises with our voices we explore this sacred connection, and end it with a singing circle together.
