Personal guidance
My personal guidance is the option for you that wish to be personally accompanied in your healing journey. Through video calls we explore your desires and fears, and layer by layer we peel off that which is no longer serving you to give space to what wants to grow in its place. I offer two guidance modalities depending on where you are on your journey, as seen below. In both of them the focus will be to explore and find your inner voice, learn how to embody yourself somatically, and find ways to let all external noise take a back seat in your being. Each session will be 75-90 minutes long and I will also give you exercises to continue your practice in between our sessions.
My personal guidance is offered in English, Spanish or Swedish, depending on your preference.
PRICING
1. Awakening, 11 sessions
800€ (NOW Launch offer for only 400€!!)
For you that is starting your journey of awakening and healing. Including 11 sessions so that we have enough time with each other to discover where your personal path goes and have time to explore different tools together to define what works best for you.
2. On the path, 8 sessions
600€ (NOW Launch offer for only 280€!!)
For you that is continuing your journey and has some experience with inner work, somatic practices and/or other tools, and wish to have a supportive guidance to accompany your journey forward.
Loose sessions
Price: 80€ for 75-90 min, launch offer, 40€ for the first 3 sessions (120€ instead of 240€) If it is the first time you work with me, a minimum of 3 sessions need to be booked as a first, so that we create a solid base from which to continue forward. Loose sessions are only available for you that has some experience in healing and self-development.
